Clients have the option of paying for services provided in cash directly to their provider. This includes self-pay, copayment, and deductible payments. Providers will collect and retain the cash payments. To Ensure client accounts are properly credited, providers submit the Cash Receipt form available in the Provider Tools section of the Provider Portal.

Cash payments retained by providers are deducted from compensation payments owed provider. Providers will receive an electronic record of the cash payment via email. Clients will receive notification via client portal in theraplatform.
