We’re seeking a compassionate, creative, and motivated Associate Mental Health Counselor & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role combines direct clinical services with digital marketing, community outreach, and practice growth initiatives. It is ideal for clinicians pursuing independent licensure who are interested in developing skills in healthcare marketing, brand development, and community engagement while building a rewarding clinical career.
Compensation
This position includes two hourly pay rates based on the work performed.
Clinical Services
$40.00 per hour
Marketing & Administrative Services
$20.00 per hour
Full-time schedule averaging 35 hours per week.
Employees are expected to maintain a minimum average of 15 completed clinical hours per week.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide individual behavioral health counseling within your scope of practice.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in clinical consultation and professional development.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver compassionate, client-centered behavioral healthcare.
Marketing & Community Engagement Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other approved social media platforms.
- Assist with website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital content management.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automated client and provider communications.
- Promote behavioral health services, community events, workshops, and educational programs.
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns highlighting Vievar’s culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Support community outreach initiatives, networking events, health fairs, and partnership development.
- Build relationships with universities, graduate programs, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Monitor online reviews and support reputation management initiatives.
- Track marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, referrals, and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Express, and HeyGen to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect Vievar’s brand standards and comply with HIPAA and healthcare marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to develop educational resources that promote mental health awareness and community wellness.
Qualifications
Required
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI), or Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) in Florida.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Eligible to provide clinical services in Florida.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Passion for both behavioral healthcare and community engagement.
Preferred
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
- Experience creating digital content using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design platforms.
- Experience producing or editing short-form video content.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, or other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience using electronic health records (EHR).
- Customer service, healthcare administration, or community outreach experience.
- Interest in healthcare marketing, branding, and practice growth.

License / Certification
One of the following is required:

Note: Clinical supervision required for independent licensure is the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise provided through a separate written agreement.
Work Location
Hybrid.
Applicants must reside in Florida and be able to travel to assigned office locations, community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities as needed.
