We are seeking an experienced, client-centered Licensed Clinician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for LMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs who value clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual behavioral health counseling.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Respond appropriately to crisis situations and mandatory reporting requirements.
Maintain HIPAA compliance, professional ethics, and applicable state and federal standards.

Qualifications

Active LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license in good standing in the state where services are provided.
Master’s degree in an applicable behavioral health field.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
Experience in outpatient behavioral healthcare preferred.
Experience with insurance-based care and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.

Schedule

Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
