COMPENSATION

$40,000-$55,000 annually

Leadership Incentive: Practice Leaders are eligible to earn monthly incentive compensation equal to 3% of paid clinical revenue generated by clinicians assigned to their practice, subject to the Company’s Leadership Incentive Program.

POSITION SUMMARY

Vievar Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced licensed behavioral health clinician to lead one of our Florida practice locations. This leadership role combines direct client care with provider development, recruiting, practice operations, community engagement, and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain an active outpatient clinical caseload.
  • Deliver high quality, evidence based behavioral health services.
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop clinicians.
  • Support employee coaching and professional development.
  • Oversee daily practice operations and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, payer requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Monitor productivity, scheduling, and client experience.
  • Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Participate in networking and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve operational and growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Active Florida Carolina license as one of the following:
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Minimum of two years of post licensure clinical experience.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or management experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • Experience leading outpatient behavioral health teams.
  • Experience supervising associate clinicians or graduate interns.
  • Experience recruiting and onboarding clinicians.
  • Knowledge of insurance based behavioral health operations.
  • Experience building referral networks and community partnerships.
