- Orientation and Training: Please access and familiarize yourself with our Online Provider Manual. This will cover all of our policies and procedures.
- Systems Access: You will receive login credentials for our electronic health record (EHR) system. Please familiarize yourself with it prior to your first client . We’ve created Step by Step Guides to help you get started with your first client.
- Adding a New Client

- Resources: Don’t hesitate to ask questions! Our administrative staff is here to assist you, and we also have a wealth of resources available in our Online Provider Manual
- Meet the Team: We encourage you to reach out to your colleagues and schedule one-on-one meetings to build connections and learn from their experiences.
- Growing your Practice: We consistently receive new client referrals. Monitor your @hellopcg.com email and our Slack channels. (our client referral and messaging system) to see new referrals. When clients request you specifically, you will receive and email and text message alerting you.
- Respond to clients as quickly as possible, we recommend no longer than 12 hours after client contact.
- If your case load is full we still recommend contacting all referrals and referring to another provider. Doing so builds your professional brand with clients and colleagues.
- Setup your Theraplatform Calendar to allow clients to book appointments online.
- Feedback: Your insights and experiences are important to us. We encourage open communication and would love to hear your thoughts as you settle in.
