Theraplatform: Treatment Plan & Progress Notes Updates

The Treatment Plan and Progress Note templates have been updated to include new features and refined language for greater clarity and effectiveness.

Treatment Plans

  1. Presenting Problem Section
    • Enhanced Statement of Presenting Concern: A more comprehensive and nuanced description of the client’s primary issues, providing a clearer understanding of their challenges.
    • Detailed Presenting Concerns: Inclusion of specific, well-defined presenting issues that outline the client’s difficulties in greater depth.
    • Statement of Impact and Goals of Therapy: A new section detailing how the presenting concerns affect the client’s daily life and outlining the specific therapeutic goals aimed at addressing these issues.
  2. Treatment Goals Section
    • New Selectable Treatment Goals: Introduction of a variety of selectable treatment goals to better align with the client’s individual needs and therapeutic objectives.
  3. Treatment Frequency
    • Enhanced Treatment Frequency Section: Expanded details on the planned frequency and duration of therapy sessions, providing a clearer understanding of the treatment schedule.
    • Flexibility, Review, and Adjustment: Additional verbiage addressing the need for flexibility in scheduling, periodic reviews of treatment frequency, and the potential for emergency sessions to address urgent needs.

    • Expanded Observations and Assessments: An extended list of potential observations and assessments with additional descriptions to better capture the client’s experiences and progress.
    • Additional Description for Each Option: More detailed explanations for each observation and assessment category, improving the accuracy and depth of clinical evaluations.
  5. Treatment Plan Section
