Dr. CarmenoemiAngela (Karlet) Reyes, LMFT, serves as Practice Leader of Vievar Behavioral Health’s Altamonte Springs location. In this role, she supports the growth and success of the practice through clinician recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership. Dr. Reyes is committed to creating a warm, connected, and supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Dr. Reyes brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across business, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, and behavioral health, including 10 years of experience in the counseling field. Her previous roles include Interim Clinical Director, Lead Therapist, and School Site Supervisor. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership and a commitment to supporting the personal and professional growth of others.

She is also passionate about strengthening Vievar’s connection to the community. Through networking, relationship building, and collaboration with local businesses and medical offices, Dr. Reyes works to expand community partnerships and strengthen connections between the practice and the people it serves.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Dr. Reyes continues to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma. As a Certified Family Life Educator, she also provides professional presentations and facilitates workshops within the community.

Outside of work, Dr. Reyes enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling with family and friends, and serving at her church.
