Evelyn Mullings, LCSW, is a Qualified Supervisor, the practice leader of
Coral Springs, and a licensed clinician of 4 years for Vievar Behavioral
Health, where she pairs an extensive clinical background with a passion
for empowering mental health professionals.

Utilizing a Situational/Coaching leadership style, Evelyn takes great pride in
mentoring new clinicians as they enter the field, while intentionally
supporting experienced clinicians in their ongoing professional
journeys. She actively encourages clinical autonomy, giving team members
the space to grow independently while remaining consistently available
to offer guidance, clinical supervision, and collaborative support.
Through this balanced approach, Evelyn fosters an environment where
clinicians at all stages of their careers can thrive and deliver
exceptional care.

On the clinical side, Evelyn works across the lifespan with children,
adults, and the elderly, drawing from experience in school settings,
substance abuse, suicidality, and self-harm. Utilizing Solution-Focused
and Client-Centered interventions, she provides adaptable,
strengths-based care and conducts sessions fluently in both English and
Spanish. By blending this versatile clinical experience with an
approachable management style, Evelyn ensures Vievar Behavioral Health
