Yvonne Milejczak, LMHC, NCC, serves as Practice Leader, bringing decades of experience in education, leadership, and behavioral health to the role.

As Practice Leader, Yvonne supports the continued success of the practice through clinician onboarding and mentorship, training and quality improvement initiatives, community partnerships, and the ongoing growth and development of the Clermont location. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she maintains an active counseling practice and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Yvonne’s career has consistently focused on education, leadership, and mental health. Before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she worked as an educator, supported colleagues as a teacher leader, led collaborative initiatives, and served as a mental health liaison connecting students and families with needed resources. Her work with students, families, educators, and community partners inspired her transition into professional counseling and continues to shape her collaborative, relationship-centered approach to leadership.

With more than 20 years of strong ties to the South Lake community, Yvonne is committed to building meaningful relationships and expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services for the individuals and families the practice serves.
