We are seeking an experienced, client-centered Licensed Clinician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for LMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs who value clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual behavioral health counseling.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and mandatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, professional ethics, and applicable state and federal standards.
Qualifications
- Active LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license in good standing in the state where services are provided.
- Master’s degree in an applicable behavioral health field.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
- Experience in outpatient behavioral healthcare preferred.
- Experience with insurance-based care and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.

Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000 to $55,000 annually
In addition to base salary, Practice Leaders are eligible to earn monthly incentive compensation equal to 3% of paid clinical revenue generated by clinicians assigned to their practice location. Incentive eligibility, calculations, provider assignments, and payments are governed by the terms of the Company’s Leadership Incentive Compensation Program.
Position Summary
Vievar Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced licensed behavioral health clinician to lead one of our Florida practice locations. This position combines direct client care with clinical leadership, provider development, recruiting, practice operations, community engagement, and practice growth.
The Practice Leader supports high-quality client care, develops clinicians, oversees practice performance, and helps create a professional and collaborative workplace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active outpatient clinical caseload.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, coach, and develop clinicians.
- Support performance management and professional development.
- Oversee daily practice operations, scheduling, and workflow.
- Monitor productivity, documentation quality, compliance, and client experience.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, HIPAA, payer requirements, professional standards, and applicable laws.
- Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Participate in networking, outreach, and local practice development.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve operational and growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida license as one of the following:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or management experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain all licenses, credentials, and professional standing required for the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading an outpatient behavioral health team.
- Experience supervising registered interns or graduate students.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring clinicians.
- Knowledge of insurance-based behavioral health operations.
- Experience developing referral networks and community partnerships.
