Vievar Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor & Recruiting Specialist to provide behavioral health counseling services while supporting clinician recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
This hybrid role is designed for Master’s-level behavioral health professionals pursuing independent licensure who are interested in developing both clinical and business skills. The position combines direct client care with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding responsibilities for both W-2 employees and independent contractor clinicians.
The Associate Mental Health Counselor & Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting client outcomes while helping Vievar expand its provider network and clinical capacity.
Compensation
This Base Salary
Annual Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000
This exempt position is based on a standard full-time schedule of approximately forty (40) hours per week, including a combination of clinical services, recruiting activities, onboarding responsibilities, and administrative duties.
Clinical Productivity Incentive
Employees are eligible to earn a clinical productivity incentive of $40.00 per paid clinical session for all completed and paid sessions exceeding seventy-two (72) paid sessions within a calendar month.
For purposes of this incentive:
- Only sessions that have been completed, documented, billed, and paid to Vievar Behavioral Health qualify.
- Denied, unpaid, cancelled, no-show, or uncollected appointments do not qualify.
- Incentive calculations are performed monthly and paid in accordance with company payroll practices.
- Vievar Behavioral Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue incentive programs at its discretion.
Example:
- 80 paid sessions in a month
- 72-session threshold
- 8 qualifying sessions
- Monthly Clinical Incentive = $320
Recruiting Incentive
Employees are eligible to earn a $100 recruiting incentive payment for each clinician successfully recruited and onboarded by the employee.
To qualify:
- The employee must have materially participated in sourcing, recruiting, screening, and onboarding the clinician.
- The clinician must successfully complete onboarding requirements.
- The clinician must complete their first clinical session with Vievar Behavioral Health.
- Vievar Behavioral Health must receive payment for that clinical service.
- Incentive payments will be processed following confirmation of payment receipt by the Company.

- W-2 employees
- Independent contractors
- Licensed clinicians
- Registered interns
- Associate-level clinicians
Management reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for recruiting incentives.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Associate Mental Health Clinician & Revenue Administrator to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role combines direct clinical services with revenue cycle and practice operations, providing excellent experience for clinicians pursuing independent licensure while gaining valuable administrative and leadership skills.
Compensation
This position includes two hourly pay rates based on the work performed:
Clinical Services
- $40.00 per hour
Administrative & Revenue Administration
- $20.00 per hour
Full-time schedule averaging 35 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide individual behavioral health counseling within your scope of practice
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Develop treatment plans
- Participate in clinical consultations
- Maintain HIPAA and ethical standards
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support insurance verification and benefits review
- Assist with revenue cycle administration
- Coordinate client scheduling
- Support client communications
- Assist with care coordination
- Support provider operations
- Help improve workflow efficiency and practice operations
Qualifications
Required
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI), or Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) in Florida
