Spring Health is an EAP provider that Progress Counseling Group (PCG) partners with to provide behavioral health services. In addition to the standard procedures detailed in the Provider Policy and Procedure Manual, Independent Contractors (Provider) that Opt-In to participate in the Spring Health network acknowledge specific requirements and procedures.

Procedure requirements include:

Maintain provider availability for Spring Health clients in the Spring Health provider portal calendar.

A minimum or maximum availability does not apply.

Accept and confirm appointments in Spring Health provider portal.
Schedule all Spring Health clients in the PCG EHR system using designated service codes.
Conduct Spring Health telehealth appointments using a HIPAA compliant Zoom account that Spring Health provides at No Charge.
Enter Progress Notes and Treatment Plans in Spring Health portal.
Enter Progress Notes, Treatment Plans in PCG EHR system.

Provider Acknowledges:

Provider will provide all required credentialing information to Spring Health.
Provider will complete the Spring Health onboarding process including required training.
Payment for Spring Health clients is completed 1X per month.
No Show and Early Cancelation fees are reimbursed according to the meeting type.

In person meeting – 75% of reimbursement rate.
Telehealth meeting – 50% of reimbursement rate.

Provider will not contract or attempt to contract directly with Spring Health to participate in the Spring Health network during the term and any subsequent renewal terms of the PCG Independent Contractor Agreement.
